St John Ambulance has added two evening courses to their schedule of courses for August. A course in English starts on Friday at 6.30 and another in Maltese starts on August 19 at 6.30. The courses will be held at St John Ambulance headquarters in Valletta.

A course consists of nine two-hour lectures. The Lm10 fee covers a workbook, training material and certification.

Registration will be accepted at St John Ambulance headquarters, 5, Independence Square, Valletta, on Tuesday evenings between 6.30 and 7.30 or by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to honorary secretary Franco Piccinino for an application.
