Bank of Valletta branches were recently rewarded with cash grants for reaching targets set under the WIN team based incentive scheme during the period April to June 2002, with the Fgura branch performing the best during the quarter.

The WIN scheme forms part of the bank's motivational performance management programme.

Joe Serge, BOV executive head of sales, presented the awards to all BOV branch managers at a managers' conference held recently at the Le Meridien Phoenicia Hotel.
