Feast of St Lawrence at Vittoriosa

The feast of St Lawrence will be celebrated at Vittoriosa on Saturday. Festivities will start on Tuesday with a march by the De Rohan Band of Zebbug.

On Wednesday, the St Lawrence Band will give a concert on Victory Square. On Thursday, the band will march through the streets of Vittoriosa with the statue of St Lawrence.

The morning march will be held on Friday. In the evening musical programmes will be held by the De Paule Band of Paola and Pinto Band of Qormi followed by fireworks displays.

The procession with the statue of St Lawrence will be held in the evening on Saturday, the feast day proper.

The King's Own Band of Valletta, the Sliema Band and the Anici Band of Qormi will take part.
