A Qormi man was yesterday conditionally discharged for two years over a fight in a Paceville nightclub last month.

Kenneth Falzon, 25, pleaded guilty to assaulting and injuring Douglas De Leonardo and Louise Ellul in Havana Nightclub on June 3 at about 1 a.m. and breaching the peace.

Magistrate Abigail Lofaro heard how Falzon had apologised to De Leonardo and Ellul and they had accepted his apology and forgiven him.

She bound Falzon not to harrass them for a year against a Lm100 penalty in default.

Police Inspector Mario Tonna prosecuted.
