The inhabitants of Triq il-Qasab, San Gwann, are once again being taken for a ride by their local council. Our road is being patched up for the fifth time in less than so many years!

To add insult to injury, potholes are being topped up with the usual black stuff and packed with the back of the spade.

The numerous potholes are not even trimmed in preparation for patching. How's that for workmanship in the year 2002? As happened in the past, come the first heavy rain, (which could be as close as mid-August), and all the patching will be washed away once again.
