The series of programmes entitled L-Industrja u Int (Industry and You) will be repeated on Television Malta (TVM) every Monday at 10.30 p.m. from tomorrow.
This series of 13 half-hour programmes, a joint initiative of the FOI and the MDC, with the collaboration and assistance of the Public Broadcasting Services (PBS), aims to raise the profile of industry in Malta, and to increase public awareness on the importance of the manufacturing and related services industry to the local economy.
The programmes explain how industry generates wealth and employment, and highlight the continuous pressures confronting it arising due to changes in technologies, transfer of new skills and rising product standards.
