A 36-year-old man was injured in a traffic accident in Constitution Street, Mosta, yesterday morning.

A police report said a van collided with parked cars and was seen by witnesses speeding off towards St Paul's Bay. They subsequently found out that the van had been reported stolen from St Julians' on Thursday.

The police are investigating. Magistrate Carol Peralta ordered an on-site inquiry.
