A Russian delegation which had talks with the management of Malta's shipyards had given no indication that it was interested in ship-building in Malta but it was interested in technical cooperation on the sale and purchase of machinery, design work, project management and the financing of projects, Economic Services Minister Josef Bonnici told Mr Leo Brincat (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday. The talks are to continue.
