Grateful to Mission Fund

I am a Maltese Franciscan Missionary of Mary working in Palestine with mentally and physically handicapped children as well as visiting poor and needy families.

The long years of struggle for independence and against occupation have caused havoc among these people, leaving hundreds of disabled youngsters and bringing more unemployment and misery in the country.

My principal activity is to help rehabilitate some of them as well as relieving families living in appalling conditions, often unable to provide for themselves either the basic food or any medical treatment.

These people are crying out for help. Thanks to the Mission Fund's contribution, I have been able to reach out to some of these families.
