Interest in waterfront developments
There was considerable interest, especially in the waterfront developments of Portomaso and Cottonera, during an international property exhibition in London, Grahame Salt, director of Frank Salt Real Estate said.
"A good number of potential purchasers from Britain will be coming over to see us during the summer months.
The exhibition, which ran over a weekend at the Hotel Russell in London, was part of Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd's regular overseas marketing plan promoting the Maltese islands as a retirement or holiday home.
