No shop owners have been arraigned in court so far this year for selling alcohol to minors, Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg said. He pointed out, however, that during the past four months the police found 50 minors in places of entertainment and five owners of places of entertainment had been arraigned as a result.

He was replying to a parliamentary question by Dr Adrian Vassallo (MLP).
