The coat of arms on the main door and the outer door of Vilhena Palace, Mdina are being restored by the firm Sante Guido Restauri as part of the restoration of the palace.

The project is being carried out by Sante Guido and a team of Italian experts in stone conservation assisted by Maltese restorer Jenny Agius.

The project is being financed by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation of Portugal.

The MRP is upgrading the forecourt of the palace and restoring its façade.
