House expresses its condolences

The House of Representatives yesterday expressed its condolences to Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg following the passing away of his mother, Gemma, on Saturday.

Condolences were expressed by the Speaker, Anton Tabone, Social Affairs Minister Lawrence Gonzi and Opposition leader Alfred Sant.

Dr Borg thanked the House.
