Mahmoud Nassim, 27, of Marsascala, was yesterday fined Lm500 for employing foreigners without a work permit. Nassim pleaded guilty to employing foreigners while he was carrying out work in a house in Siggiewi.Inspector Silvana Agius prosecuted.
