Post code directory

I refer to the article about a post code directory (May 2). As various correspondence was exchanged during the past 11 years, can MP Carmelo Abela add the following to his parliamentary question to the minister of economic services?

Why are post codes not included in the telephone directory, saving extra and needless expenses?

The answer I got from Maltacom is that the telephone directory is not a post code directory and that the post code directory is not their responsibility!

Before part of Maltapost was sold to a foreign company their answer was that the directory was being compiled and that they could not cope with the large number of new streets being created.
