Despite the import licence, expensive collar, vet`s certificate and ear tattoo, this being Malta it was all the dog`s fault: It should have spoken up and informed airport staff that it was supposed to be met by its owner in the arrivals hall!

Funny, if it were not so incompetently tragic.
