Dutch flowers for Hilton

One of the largest Dutch exporters of flower bulbs and a regular visitor to the Malta Hilton for the last 30 years, Hans Kapiteyn has donated a quantity of lilium bulbs and miniature dahlias for planting in the new Hilton gardens.

The flowers were presented to Hilton general manager Ken McLaren by landscaper Peter Calamatta, who apart from being a friend of Mr Kapiteyn is responsible for the upkeep of the Hilton gardens.

The liliums were planted in the approach road to the Hilton while the dahlias will adorn the pool area and the beach club.
