Walk in aid of school
Children from Dr Godwin Ganado Primary School of Mtarfa raised Lm300 in a recent marathon walk in aid of their school.
The money will be used by the school administration to buy new benches and refurbish the school hall.
The children were helped by the school staff and their parents to go around the places of interest in their locality where they collected the money.
At the end of the walk the participants were given prizes which were offered by various sponsors.
