Removal order
The court yesterday ordered the removal from the island of two Libyans and two Tunisians.
Eshogmsn Moustafa Omar, 32, and Marzogi Salah Rhoma, 25, from Tripoli, together with El Anssi Mohamed Ben Noureddine, 22, from Kef, Tunisia and Zakraoui Salem Ben Mohamed Hedi, 36, from Tunis were arraigned by Inspector Neville Xuereb.
The court handed down a two-month jail term suspended for one year after the four pleaded guilty to being in Malta without leave by the principal immigration officer.
Dr Leon Bencini appeared for the accused.
