BoV Stockbrokers Ltd has recently added another stockbroker after the Council of the Malta Stock Exchange granted a stockbroking licence to Mark Scicluna.

Mr Scicluna joined BoV Group in 1987 and has held various posts within the group. In November 2000, he joined BOVSL and was instrumental in setting up the company. Mr Scicluna has recently completed his B.Sc. (Hons) in Financial Services from the University of Manchester and Associateship from the Institute of Financial Services.

BoV Stockbrokers Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Bank of Valletta plc and is authorised by the Malta Stock Exchange to offer stockbroking services and investment advice on locally listed securities.

The company is also able to offer portfolio management services with respect to instruments quoted on the local Stock Exchange. Execution services are also offered from all BoV branches.
