Labour MP Joe Mizzi yesterday raised his second breach of privilege complaint against The Malta Independent in as many days. He said in parliament that in his complaint on Monday he had raised three points where, he said, the newspaper had lied in its report of an adjournment speech he gave on Wednesday. Yet the newspaper in a report yesterday said he had focussed his complaint on one point only, over which it admitted its error.
