Two Libyan men were yesterday conditionally discharged for a month for being in Malta illegally.

Bel Kheir Naje Mohamad, 22, and Ebghaina Nureddin Massud, 30, pleaded guilty to being in Malta without leave from the immigration authorities.

They are to be deported.

Police Inspector Neville Xuereb prosecuted.
